Had a 4 course meal yesterday! Very big cinema for a really very good price. Seldom give 5 stars ... but it had to be here. Food was terrific !! Thanks for that

After our rather negative experiences with another restaurant, we wanted to celebrate the birthday of my girlfriend rather quietly and have booked a table in the sand pearl. It was worth it! After a very welcome greeting, we got a nice table in the conservatory. In the background piano music (live). Our server was very nice and accommodating. We chose a 5-course menu (the alternative would have been a buffet that day) and spent about 3 hours in the sand pearl. TOP

For over 4 weeks there is one and the same restaurant recommendation "Pasta with tomato sauce, zucchini and shrimp". How creative is that? You do not have to eat it, but you should expect a little more imagination, then maybe more external than house guests would come.

Very good food and nice, quiet outdoor area, despite the great location right on the promenade. Nice, competent service. So a very nice restaurant in a very nice hotel Ambassador. Highly recommended ???

Good range of cakes

The entire menu was chosen for € 34. First a greeting from the kitchen - I was unsure whether it should still be served warm or rather cold, but tasty. The distance between the walkers was very good - not too short and not too long. The service was friendly, always asked. 2018: excellent tasty food again

Food (fish and chips) was unfortunately not good and it was completely overpriced. Salad, which belongs to the dish according to the menu, was not served at all.

Cold and uncomfortable conservatory. The ordered martini tasted old and too bitter. Service started to stock the tables for breakfast. Thus large noise level directly beside the guests.

Nice restaurant and also for a nice coffee. Especially the home-made pies are really recommended. However, partly long waiting time for e.g. a scoop of ice or a rhubarb spritzer. Nevertheless, nice service.
